Click to expand.I use regular rechargeable AA's with my 360 controllers but I remember trying the play and charge kit with USB wall charger a long time ago and it didn't work for me. I know for sure the PS3 controllers definitely don't because that's why I had to buy one of those ps3-specific energizer charge stations. Stuff made specifically to charge gaming controllers obviously has that 'special something' within for them to work. The weird thing is even though that station charges the DS3, it won't properly charge the Move controllers or the chatpad. It will charge the nunchuck controller and Sony headset though? USB charging would be fine if it was more universal and all devices worked off of ANY USB port.it's a pain having to only be able to plug it in the console or having to buy a specific charger for each accessory.
